Brasserie et Distillerie du Mouli is a craft brewery and distillery in Saint-Pierre-dels-Forcats. We offer handcrafted beers and spirits made from pure Cambre d'Aze water, crafted in the highest distillery in Europe in the Catalan Pyrenees. Our beers are brewed from pure Cambre d'Aze water, and our spirits including gins, whiskies, brandies, and liqueurs are distilled on-site using our traditional still. We welcome visitors to our tasting room, summer terrace, and garden for consumption on-site or takeaway purchases. We also attend the Mercat dAqui aux Angles and Sunday morning markets in Matemale.

Le Petit Canada is a hiking area in Bolquère, offering paths for easy walks or trail runs. Our site features 12 hectares of forest alongside the Têt river, with views of the Cambre dAze and proximity to the Lac des Bouillouses. We offer 164 camping pitches. Our location provides access to mountain trails like the Tour des 9 ou 12 Lacs and the Pic du Carlit. We also offer electric vehicle charging and free Wi-Fi in the reception area.
