La Pression dArchimède is a microbrewery in Saint-Génis-des-Fontaines. We operate an onsite brewpub, offering our craft beers that are brewed here. We offer a selection of tapas designed to pair with our beers, alongside charcuterie and cheese boards featuring local selections. We also feature local wines, and host live concerts and themed events.

Craft beer, a pleasant atmosphere, and charming decor. High-quality charcuterie and cheese boards. Attractive prices and a good selection of wines. Quick welcome and service. Finally, a safe and very pleasant place to go out with friends or for family gatherings.

Came to see my husband's band "The Howling Lizards"
The place was packed with people eating, drinking and dancing. Glad we reserved a table!
The beer and food was great; just needed more 0% Goudale in stock for us nondrinkers 🙂

This bar isn't just a bar. It's a concept. An atmosphere. A state of mind.
The beer is brewed on-site, and they clearly don't mess around when it comes to taste and character—nothing bland here. The charcuterie and cheese platters feature local, authentic, and generous selections. Just put that on the table, and you've already won over your evening.
And where it gets almost audacious: local wines at cellar prices, with a corkage fee of only €3—at that price, it's not just an offer, it's a public service.
The decor is completely wild, bursting with ideas; you don't know where to look. The atmosphere is fantastic—it's alive, people are talking, laughing. And the Saturday concerts complete the experience perfectly. You don't come here by chance. You come because you know.
If the light's on and you're thirsty... apparently, everything's negotiable 😉 We want to and we'll be back, boss 😅

A warm and welcoming place to discover great beers. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The service is excellent and the menu is varied. A particular favorite is the honey beer and the homemade escalivada (you really have to try them)! Perfect for a great time with friends or family.
