Lovely site, accommodation varies on price, went when the schools aren't off so it was fairly quiet, but I can imagine it would be chaos in the school holidays. There was no queuing for the water slides. Beach is a 15 minute walk and offside supermarket about 10 minutes. Site was very clean.

Only one restaurant/bar- quite pricey for what they offer. Supermarket/shop on site is not great for range of fresh meat and fruit/veg, however much bigger supermarket around 0.3 miles away. Air conditoning fixed quite promptly however when it broke in our accommodation. Pools are fantastic and very clean. No electric chargers on site so you will have to drive a way to get car charged.

Really nice park. Water park is excellent, loads for everyone to do. More translation to English by the entertainment would be nice but it is France so I understand this. Slides should not close in the middle of the day; one more part-time lifeguard would sort this. Also, keep shop open past 7PM. Otherwise, its a great place to have your holiday.

Nice Parc with good facilities. Pool and other sports facilities can be busy in July. 10-15 min walk from nice beach and the port where there are plenty of restaurants and food options. Also a novelty train every hr or so that's free to use. Restaurant and snack bar onsite are OK, but there are better options in walking distance. Friendly staff, most of whom speak English. A few words of French won't go astray though. Our teenagers enjoyed the stay.

We booked this holiday at short notice via Eurocamp due to a family cancer diagnosis – hoping for a peaceful break with our two young children before treatment begins. Sadly, while the park itself is well equipped, our overall experience was far from relaxing. The Good: The pool area, slides, and outdoor play spaces are excellent – our children had a brilliant time and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The location near St Cyprien is lovely, and the site has great potential. The Issues: From the outset, we encountered a disappointing atmosphere. Despite being polite, respectful, and making an effort to speak French, we consistently felt unwelcome. Staff were often curt, and several times we were halfway through ordering at the bar only to be ignored in favour of French-speaking guests. A basic request for change (so our children could use the arcade) was refused because the change machine had been turned off, and we were told no change could be given at the bar. On a Saturday night, the bar closed at 9:30pm, and we were told we could not remain in the seating area afterwards – which felt unnecessarily harsh for a family resort. There was a noticeable undercurrent of stress among staff, likely due to problematic behaviour from some other guests (including theft and disregard for rules). However, rather than addressing those issues directly, it felt as though all guests were treated with suspicion. During our stay we had goggles, toys and flip flops stolen, which only added to the sense of unease. In an attempt to understand if we had somehow caused offence, I even asked a staff member whether Catalan was preferred over French, but was told French was the norm – which left me even more confused given how poorly we were treated despite trying to integrate and respect local customs. In summary: This could have been a wonderful family holiday. The park itself has great facilities and our children loved it. But the hostile service culture and sense of low-level tension made it difficult to truly relax. It’s a real shame – especially given the circumstances under which we booked the trip.
