Nicolas has created a well-thought-out experience (Rivesaltes - The Secrets of it's terroir) that takes you on a journey through wine production from start to finish. It was great to learn more about what makes this region so special when it comes to wine, and some of the key factors of influence at all stages of its production. And yes, there is plenty of good wine to be sampled as well! I'd definitely recommend Nicolas' Catalan Wine Escape for anyone who likes wine or is just interested in the region.

Nicolas was an excellent guide. We learned a ton about winemaking from him and enjoyed the entire experience. I highly recommend going on a tour with him if you’re in Perpignan!

Fun, enjoyable, and beautiful way to spend the day in the Roussillon region! We went on the picnic adventure between land and sea tour. We walked through vineyards, met local winemakers, and had an amazing lunch at a picturesque winery + all the wine tasting. Nicolas was a very kind and informative tour guide with a passion for spreading knowledge about the regional wine and wine-making process. One of a kind. I highly recommend this tour!

Nicolas was just amazing tour guide, explained a lot about the local wines and process, allowed us to try 8 different wines throughout the tour. Very nice little tour and must do if in the area! Thank you very much 👍
