We went over to the wine cellar to choose the bottle that would accompany our meal at the restaurant upstairs. There were three of us with different tastes, which weren't always easy to express, but Sylvain managed to find THE perfect wine. Two weeks later, we're still talking about this wonderful wine we chose!
