Bières du Canigó / Brasserie RULL is a brewery in Le Soler. We craft artisan beers using water from the Canigó massif and local Catalan ingredients, with all our beers brewed on-site. Our team applies traditional brewing expertise, acquired through experience in Belgium and the United States. We offer a variety of beers, including amber, blonde, and dark styles, made with different malts like barley and wheat. Visitors can enjoy our refreshing craft beers and tapas in our outdoor area, which often hosts concerts in a convivial atmosphere.
