La Fabrik 66 - Bière et Pâtes - Elne

La Fabrik 66 is a manufacturer in Elne that produces both craft beer and artisanal pasta. We operate as a family-run micro-business, crafting our products in our traditional workshop located in Elne. Our "L'Originel" beer range is brewed following our own recipes inspired by brewing traditions. We use locally sourced malts and our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, with natural refermentation in the bottle. We also make artisanal pasta from "barbu du Roussillon" ancient wheat grown in North Catalonia. The wheat is milled by stone, and our pasta is formed through bronze molds and dried at low temperatures.
