We were incredibly impressed with Vincent’s exceptional wines! Our favorites were the two red blends featuring Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan — beautifully bold, complex, and perfectly structured with remarkable depth of flavor. We also had the pleasure of tasting his sweet Banyuls, which was a delightful surprise; it had the richness and character of a fine port, yet with a unique elegance all its own. Monsieur Vincent’s warmth and hospitality made us feel as though we had known him for years❤️!His passion, knowledge, and genuine kindness made the experience truly unforgettable. A visit to his winery is an absolute must when in Collioure. Highly recommended!🤩🌟🤩

Wonderful, friendly and informative wine tasting. Vincent was very generous with his time and knowledge and after 42 vintage’s we were privileged to learn a few things from him. I would highly recommend a visit and the wines were delicious too.

Great local winery - easy access from Collioure. It was a pleasure to meet the owner and to discuss wine, the area and life! It was a lovely experience to taste a range of white, rose and red wines - dry and sweet and to learn so much about wine making and the area. All of the wines were great and we look forward to trying the ones we bought. Thank you for your time and kindness - it was an absolute pleasure to meet you!

We visited today (13 December 2023). Wonderful experience. The wines are super and so varied. The Banyuls reserve was absolutely delicious. The lady who presented the wines to us was charming and gave us plenty of time and information. We were even allowed to take our dog in. Would definitely recommend.
