Domaine Jaça is a winery in Céret nestled on four hectares of vines between the Vallespir and Aspres regions. Our team cultivates Syrah, Grenache Noir, Grenache Gris, and Carignan grapes across unique parcels situated between 370 and 410 meters of altitude in Oms. We engage in organic farming practices, banishing chemical products and performing all harvests exclusively by hand. Our estate produces three red wines and one white wine, all reflecting our terroir and Mediterranean climate.

We had the opportunity to visit their vineyards located in the hills above Oms and to meet Lize and Damien, who allowed us to taste their wines. We felt the dedication and passion of these two winemakers who put in tremendous, high-quality work on their vines and their wine.

Lize and Damien are very kind and respectful of nature! The gîte is lovely with a beautiful view of the Canigou mountain. Their Jaça estate reflects their personalities: very interesting with a stunning view of the Canigou and excellent wine. There are many beautiful hikes to do in the surrounding area and charming villages listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France." If you enjoy being active, don't hesitate!

A true gem: Domaine JAÇA! This vineyard, run by a passionate couple, is a wonderful discovery. Located at an altitude of 350 meters, between Oms and Ceret, it benefits from the exceptional terroir of the Côtes Catalanes. The organic farming practices are fully evident in the quality of the wines, which combine finesse and authenticity. Whether white or red, each vintage expresses a beautiful typicity, with rich and balanced aromas. You can taste the winemakers' commitment and their love of wine in every bottle.
