Camping in Canet-en-Roussillon with direct beach access
Best camping ever! Awesome for families, stellar service! Gteat atmosphere. Fantastic beach and large pool-landscape. The nicest staff ever. And everything you need right there: the sea, a variety of swimming pools, groceries, a bakery, a butcher, a restaurant and a variety of ready-to-eat options. And so beautiful gardening, trees and flowers wherever you go. We'll certainly be back!

Just back from 11 nights in le brasilia. Kids (5, 6) loved the pool and the kids clubs. Hard to leave camp site in evening as they loved the mini show each evening. We had a lovely break and the staff were all very pleasant to interact with. Would highly recommend!
Fantastic holiday, beautiful landscaped location full of flowers. Pool area is superb. Overall a restful and relaxing time. We will return!
Great Stay at La Brasilia – with Room for Small Improvements In July, we spent just under two weeks at Camping La Brasilia with our two children (ages 5 and 10). We stayed in a Cottage Sud 1 mobile home, which we really enjoyed. It was spacious, had air conditioning, and a lovely veranda where we could relax comfortably. The only downsides were the hard beds and the small shower, but these are understandable in a camping setting. The location of the Sud 1 cottages is excellent — close to the main facilities like the bakery, supermarket, square, and swimming pool. However, be aware that this area is not far from the port warehouses, which can cause some noise during weekdays. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind. One thing that could really improve the camping atmosphere would be to ban cars near the caravans. Having fewer vehicles on the paths would make the surroundings feel more natural and peaceful. The campsite facilities are outstanding. The butcher, bakery, and greengrocer offer delicious, high-quality products, and the range is impressive. Still, prices are noticeably higher than in shops outside the campsite — especially in the supermarket. The food in the on-site restaurant was surprisingly good — well-prepared and tasty. In terms of quality, it easily matches the restaurants you find in Canet. Speaking of Canet, the town is very easy to reach from the campsite. Just walk out of the campsite towards the marina, and you can take the little ferry near the parking lot. It only takes about 2 minutes to cross, and costs just €1 per adult — children travel for free. It’s a fun and convenient way to explore the nearby town. The swimming pool is fantastic for all ages. There’s a lot to do, plenty of sunbeds, and a snack bar with a great seating area. The only odd thing was that between 12:00 and 14:00, the shops close and even the water slides are turned off to maintain the “quiet hours.” This felt a bit strange during the busy summer season. The entertainment programme is varied and more focused on older children and teens. However, the shows and events are top quality — clearly a lot of effort and investment go into them. We’ve never experienced this level of entertainment on a campsite or resort before. Finally, the staff were generally friendly, though we have to admit we’ve had warmer welcomes at other places. All in all, Camping La Brasilia is a great place for a family holiday. With just a few small changes, it could be truly perfect.
