As a regular customer of this dealership, this isn't my first year with them. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I bought a jet ski there in March and encountered numerous problems from the very first outing (a sensor issue, which turned out to be unrelated). Then, I experienced several breakdowns (throttle body, wheel bearing on the trailer, etc.) on subsequent outings. Despite four visits to the dealership, the problems were never satisfactorily resolved. The owner was sarcastic and unsympathetic, downplaying my concerns and implying that it was my fault. Furthermore, I exceeded the warranty period by two hours due to all the back-and-forth trips, and this was used against me. In the end, I had to sell the jet ski, and the new owner encountered the same problems. He even had to replace the wiring harness, which shows that the breakdown was much more serious than initially reported, and, most importantly, unrelated to the throttle bodies. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership.
