New and used books with varied selection
We've known this shop since it opened, and we knew the first one too. The welcome is always warm and friendly. We've never left without buying a book 🙃 or a battery 😅🤣🤣🤣. The selection is vast, and the prices are always attractive and affordable. One of my favorite shops ☺️.
Online it says it closes at 8:30 PM and opens at 4 PM. But the bookstore window says it opens at 3 PM and closes at 7 PM... I walked past at 3:09 PM. A sign indicated it opened at 3 PM. At 3:09 PM it was closed... So I went back again at 7:30 PM (since Google said it was open until 10:30 PM) and it was closed then too. I checked the correct hours. Too bad, because I'm not from around here.
For a long time, it was a must-visit when you were in Canet. There was a good selection and attractive prices. However, in recent months, its appeal has greatly diminished, mainly due to the significant price increases, both for new and used items.

Great place! I was able to expand my Stephen King collection at a great price, with both new and used books, as well as works by Mary Higgins Clark, Harlan Coben, R.L. Stine, and many more—something for children, adults, and everyone in between. Plus, there's a great outdoor sale. The service is excellent, the bookseller is very friendly, and you leave feeling delighted. I highly recommend stopping by when you're in Canet-Plage. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
