Avoid at all costs! We came as a group (about 20 people) and had booked several weeks in advance for dinner at 8 pm. Orders were taken at 8:30 pm, drinks arrived about 30 minutes later, half of them tasteless, and don't even get me started on the daikiri or the mojito that tasted like water! We ordered our main courses around 9:30 PM: we chose our kebabs (we had opted for a three-course meal with Pan con tomate, Serrano ham, and cheese, plus two kebabs of our choice with fries and a dessert that we were asked to choose about a week in advance). The kebabs arrived around 10:20 PM. They had completely forgotten the starter, which we had to point out. They finally brought it (no bread, and only two carafes of water between 8 PM and 10:30 PM FOR A GROUP OF 20 PEOPLE, despite several requests). For the starter, we barely received a piece of bread, cheese, and ham per person (this was a €30 menu). They brought the kebabs between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM... Yes, because they couldn't even complete our order, they asked how we wanted our beef cooked but mixed up all the kebabs, and offered us some prawn kebabs (photo at...). (supporting their famous "skewer") where there was neither a skewer nor the expected number of prawns... The fries also arrived in waves; these were clearly from the Mediterranean because we've never eaten fries so salty in our lives, and many people barely ate anything afterward. We ordered three more Cokes, but they only brought us two, with a glass of "ice"—it was literally half a glass of water, the service was so slow, and I promise you I mean it. For dessert, they took our order again around 11:30 pm (knowing that we had already ordered in advance) to tell us that one option was no longer available. Then, at 12:30 am, they brought us the desserts and realized that another dessert was also unavailable, so we had to order something else... In the end, we had to pay around 1:30 am, even though we had wanted to pay at 12:30 am so we could leave as soon as dessert was served. In short, it was a disgrace. You shouldn't accept tables if you're not capable of serving them. A lack of professionalism from one of the waitresses and a lack of attention to detail in the service provided—I've never seen so many mistakes in a single service, and I've missed some... You really should consider either hiring more staff or being clearer about your capacity to serve customers. We had to ask you more than twenty times to get you to do your job.
