Horrible branch. I've been a customer since 2012, and I've had exorbitant fees on my business account. They repeatedly claimed lost check deposits, wrongly blaming me when their scanner was faulty. They offered no compensation whatsoever. A credit card terminal I bought in 2019 broke down a year and a half later, and they offered no solutions other than buying a new one at my own expense. Mr. Ucci displayed blatant bad faith and a blatant disregard for the confidentiality of my daughter's private transfers. And I'm perhaps forgetting some less serious incidents. I've switched banks to one that is much more professional and humane.

Superb branch with highly competent and equally friendly advisors. From the receptionist to the branch staff, I received the support I was looking for. I highly recommend LCL, and especially this branch in Canet-Plage.

J'ai ouvert mon compte au LCL de Canet Plage il y a plus de 8 ans et j'en suis toujours aussi satisfaite, même si je vis maintenant à La Réunion. Je suis toujours ravie d'échanger avec les conseillers qui se sont succédés. Ils sont tous professionnels, de bons conseils, réactifs et toujours très agréables... quels que soient les questions ou problèmes exposés ! Et surtout, ils trouvent toujours une solution... Un grand merci à chacun d'entre elles/eux.

I am requesting that the bank's quality control department understand the following office actions: 1. The bank closed my account due to my nationality after I asked in the online chat, "Can I transfer money from another country to an account to buy an apartment in France?" 2. I was not informed of the account closure. When I reported that I hadn't received the paper notification, it was emailed to me after I asked the question. In my building, it's not possible to write my last name on the mailbox, and it's been empty for 1.5 months! 3. I asked my manager to transfer my funds to another bank in France, but the request was ignored. 4. The bank hasn't sent a check for the account balance in one month, and the application won't open. 5. Today, for the second time (I visited on July 3rd and 4th), the branch couldn't confirm that the bank had issued a check for the balance. This seems like the bank is misappropriating customers' money. 6. I've moved and now I have to travel from Narbonne to the bank every time to request a check. I'm wasting gas, time, and my nerves. Communicating with the bank employees doesn't seem friendly, polite, or helpful; there's no respect. I need to withdraw my money urgently. I request that you help resolve this issue quickly, before July 5, 2024. I'm writing this review because I'm not sure if the manager will forward this complaint to management. Excuse me, my French isn't very good.
