I brought my phone in with a cracked screen. The man took it in, ordered the screen in HIS NAME (which I paid for myself), installed it, and returned it to me. (Total €300) I had barely gotten the phone back when I had a lot of technical problems. Less than 7 days later, the screen cracked right in the middle. So I took my phone back to the company, who politely told me IT WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM. No warranty was provided, not even the invoices. The man is ignoring me and doesn't show up for appointments. By law, he's supposed to take the phone back, replace the screen AT HIS EXPENSE, or refund me! He charged me €300; it's a disgrace for a company! BEWARE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! A SHAME! He doesn't even deserve one star. In response to the comment, they're quick, but answering the phone is more complicated.
