Frankly, it doesn't deserve its rating. The majority of 5-star reviews don't reflect reality, in my opinion, but the store is far from deserving 1 star, as I've seen in some comments. There really isn't much choice compared to other DIY stores in the area. And the prices aren't particularly cheap. On the other hand, the employees are very friendly and will advise you if you have the time to wait until they're available. I might go back for quick fixes, but not for major projects.
