The Funpark is located a few hundred meters next to the campsite. You can walk there, but the train also stops there, and parking is free. They open at 8 PM for the attractions and at 7 PM for the restaurant trucks. Please note that you should bring plenty of cash. The trucks at the front, for example those selling drinks, only accept cash. The food truck at the back (more snacks, not dinner) does accept debit cards. Some attractions also accept cards if you specifically ask for them. However, we noticed after about an hour, when it got busier, that they weren't as accommodating about this anymore. There is no ATM on the premises. There is a currency exchange machine, though, so you can get tokens for the attractions. The advertising boards along the road are misleading; they state 'half prices today'. That is simply not true, and there is no date mentioned either. If you check their social media, that was once sometime in July. There is, however, a discount card (we found out later, so I don't know if it works) that supposedly gives you a €15 discount on all attractions. Apparently, you should be able to get this card at the post office/little shop next to the aquarium, on the beach. So maybe worth a try. The cheapest thing is the claw machines for €1. The most expensive thing we did was €6 per person, and that was the shooting gallery. Most attractions are €5 per person. So be prepared to spend a lot of money 😆 We were 2 adults and 4 children and nearly €160 poorer. On the other hand, we did have fun and stayed for well over 2 hours, even though it isn't big. Our kids' absolute favorite was the water ball ride. Oh, and attractions for very little ones from about 2 years old (I guess) up to adults. I'm over 1.80 m tall myself, and that was quite a challenge at times on the rides. 😉
