Insurance agency with regular weekday hours
A reputable and trustworthy insurance agency. The manager is highly competent, responsive, and attentive. Her support is excellent, and her advice is always relevant. I highly recommend this agency for its professionalism and reliability.
I've been a client of this agency for over 20 years, and despite staff changes, they've always shown the same attentiveness to their clients. Karine is very professional and has always been able to answer all my questions whenever I've needed help. I highly recommend her.
I rarely post reviews, but I simply have to this time. This firm is absolutely to be avoided. Their claims handling is terrible; they even refuse to give you a face-to-face meeting. You can't get hold of the manager on the phone... she's working... we're not! We have nothing better to do. And this is just a very small claim. They claim the insurance company won't cover it, even though this firm is a paying broker. There's no point in going through this kind of intermediary.
The gentleman who ran that agency back then was really competent, but that's no longer the case, which is a shame.
Avoid at all costs. A bunch of incompetents. The man on the phone is very polite but knows nothing. The manager doesn't respond to emails or appointment requests. The man who ran this agency around 2017 was competent. Sadly, that's no longer the case.
