Very friendly and competent, attentive towards the patient. The diagnosis was quick without any unnecessary extra analyzing methods. The assistant was also really friendly and we didn't have to wait long. The look of the clinique was also very nice. The "cat's waiting room" was separate to the dog's waiting room which also helps to reduce stress for both dogs and cats.
