I can highly recommend the Navivole from Canet en Roussillon. We did a full day trip from Canet to Port Vendres. The petite train took us to Collioure where we spent 4 hours swimming and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The return train was up through the vineyards overlooking Collioure and gave spectacular views. The catamaran was spotless, staff were friendly and helpful and everything ran like clockwork! Super day out!!! We will definitely return. Thank you Navivole 🙏

Thank you to the Captain and crew. They were generous in their accommodating nature, from the boarding, to conversations, and knowledge of the Catalan Coast. The sailing was smooth and the day train ride to Collioure Village upon landing at Port was spectacular. Swimming in the crystal clear bay, is rocky but a picturesque 20 minute walk. You can imagine why the great masters of art chose this area to create masterpieces that now hang in the L/ouvre and other major art museums worldwide.

“I had an incredible experience with NAVIVOILE in Canet-en-Roussillon on Monday, May 25th, as a special gift for my 50th birthday from my mother. The dolphin tour was absolutely magical—we saw dolphins, a sea turtle, and even a swordfish! The boat was spotless, and the food and drink options were very reasonably priced. It was an all-round fantastic experience, even including a birthday song they performed for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. Highly recommended!”

What a fantastic day sail cruise. We did the Port Vendres 5 hour sail with a wonderful BBQ lunch. The Captain and his crew could not have been more hospitable. The ship is immaculate, very comfortable and sails like a dream. So glad we booked this trip with a great family owned sailing catamaran.

Excellent trip! Superb multilingual, knowledgeable staff ; scientists, l think. Contrary to other comments people made there is lots of shade, spaces to sit and good food available. We brought our own food and drink, as did others and it wasn't a problem. There are two toilets which were clean for the whole day. There are benches with fold down tables. Lots of relevant books to read ( for adults and children) as well as friendly staff who were happy to answer questions. Plus a little lecture close to the end of the trip. We took the 10 hour whale watching trip and were lucky enough to be surrounded by friendly pilot whales who played under and around the boat for over an hour; we saw them coming from afar! Stunning. So lucky as that doesn't often happen. The staff are aware of the environment and don't chase the whales etc . Yesterday the catamaran went close as it was safe and not traumatic for the whales, stopped then the whales came to us! We were also lucky enough to see puffins ( at a distance), other birds, dolphins, one sunfish ( close up), and a fin whale at a distance but clear enough and we saw it dive and come up for air many times. Years ago we took the dolphin watching trip which was also great but yesterday's trip was amazingly so. Spring , early summer might be the best time..plus autumn migration time. Go if you can, but be aware no sightings will be guaranteed and in summer the catamaran might be a bit busy. We live locally and will take another trip in autumn. If you do book and the weather is bad ( which happened twice before in autumn) an email is sent and you get reimbursed immediately; excellent service.
