Miguel is a magician 😊 I arrived at his office with a month and a half of non-stop headaches, tingling in my hands, and pain in my feet. Having recently undergone cervical spine surgery (spinal replacement and spinal fusion), I didn't understand why I was experiencing new pain. He first looked for the cause, then took the time to explain everything to me, including the reasons behind it, and showed me exercises to relieve the pain. It's been three years since I saw Miguel. I had paralysis in both arms and chronic back pain that was causing me immense suffering. I was seeing osteopaths once or twice a week, and I couldn't cope anymore. In just two sessions, he taught me how to manage my pain and how to independently perform exercises at home.
