We booked an appointment to have our little Bichon Frise, Calina, groomed, and she came out looking beautiful and perfectly groomed. A really friendly team, a warm welcome, who truly love animals – well done, and we'll be back very soon!
The grooming service is very good, however, they have problems booking appointments. Furthermore, the employees' dogs roam freely in the shop and are aggressive. My dog has been growled at twice now, and it made him so uncomfortable that he didn't want to go back into the shop. It's a shame!
I was apprehensive about taking my Spitz to the groomer for the first time, and what a pleasant surprise it was to meet such a kind and helpful groomer (with a genuine love for animals). I entrusted my dog to him with complete confidence. He listened to my needs and did exactly what I asked, and I picked up my dog completely relaxed, having received an impeccable job done by a true professional. I wish I could put -10. Not only did they do an absolutely terrible job trimming my dog, they also cut her quite badly in two places on her face. When I pointed it out to the owner, her response was that they weren’t serious cuts! Update in response to the owner. My dog has never in her life worn a muzzle! If you do not know how to groom poodles, you should tell clients! My dog is regularly groomed and NO ONE has ever cut her before! Do not blame me or my dog for your incompetence. A young women at the post office took photos and posted them on other review sites!
