I share the sentiments of other online users who say things have deteriorated significantly. My advisor never replies to emails, my business loan application took so long that my financial projections were thrown off, and I had to take out a personal loan at another bank to cover the shortfall. I've changed advisors four times in six months, and I've lost the season. I was charged fees because the advisor didn't fund my account for a transfer despite several requests (intervention fee), and then overdraft charges because the account was overdrawn as a result... Unbelievable! I don't know if I'll ever recover, but I know I'm leaving this bank as soon as possible.

Like many others below, I absolutely do not recommend this bank. Once humane and responsive, their services have deteriorated, and fees have skyrocketed. Some advisors are pleasant, but others (like mine) take weeks to reply, even when you insist. The fees are exorbitant: transfer fees, a paid overdraft notification letter, and an intervention fee for the slightest transaction. The manager condones this by turning a deaf ear. Their life insurance policy is a waste of money. This bank is ranked among the most expensive; it's tolerable if there's any service at all, but that's it—there's nothing left. This bank simply steals your money. I'm leaving as soon as possible.

Having been a very satisfied customer of Banque Populaire for a long time, I can only note a significant decline in the quality of service. Since the departure of my previous advisor, who was both empathetic and responsive, messages are now processed with unacceptable delays (nearly a month for a question about fees), when they don't simply go unanswered altogether. It takes considerable patience to get a response to even simple, routine questions. I don't usually express my dissatisfaction openly, but when things get out of hand, it's important to speak up. How I miss my former advisor! In the meantime, I absolutely do not recommend the Canet branch for your bank accounts.

As a client for over 20 years, I have always been satisfied with this agency; they are incredibly responsive. Special mention goes to Mr. Espi Pierre, whose professionalism and courtesy are unfailing.
