A huge thank you to Daniel for this discovery of Canet, and I was even blessed by the light streaming through the stained-glass windows! 🤣 The tour was very interesting. It's a shame there aren't other tours throughout the year to explore your beautiful region.
No need to travel thousands of kilometers to experience a change of scenery. Daniel, our guide, showed us the beautiful treasures of Canet, wild plants, and the surrounding nature. A lovely, refreshing walk; a very pleasant and cheerful experience. I highly recommend it.
We visited the village of Canet with a passionate and engaging guide. The two-hour walk flew by as we observed traces of the past. We were able to see the Church of Saint Jacques and the restored Viscount's Castle. The walk ended with a delightful wine tasting, including a delicious Muscat.
A program of fascinating lectures and tours on the history and heritage of Canet and the surrounding area... Cultural outings are also offered (e.g., to the Rigaud Museum). I also recommend the various books published by the association. I'm delighted to have some events organized in the evenings or on weekends, perfect for families. Congratulations to all the board members for their dedication.
