To be honest, we're a bit disappointed. Having to chase them up to get a quote for professional passenger transport insurance, despite having a good application and being a reliable driver with several years of experience, they don't insure directly but through a broker from whom we receive no response. I'm looking for a good price, and instead, they're asking me to pay extra for insurance, which the agency isn't interested in.
