Observatoire océanologique de Banyuls-sur-Mer is a research institute in Banyuls-sur-Mer. We operate a public aquarium and research aquariums, playing a role in marine environment awareness and scientific research in marine biology and ecology. Our teams lead projects like the Redecor campaign, which involved immersing artificial reefs with coral cuttings in the Irish Sea and the Bay of Biscay to restore deep-water corals.
