Ahead of their time, Sumerian clay tablets indicate that beer was created 4000 years BC…in Mesopotamia (well east of the Arcades…). So it took me 6026 years of waiting, traveling, and patience for me to have the privilege of finally seeing, touching, tasting, and appreciating John John's fine TRABUC from Banyuls… It was about time… So, simply, thank you. Thank you for making life beautiful…

Found this by coincidence. Had no idea there was a brewery in Baryuls-sur-Mer. Must of been a lucky day. Met the brewmaster Jean-Jean and a few locals. Incredible blonde! Tried the blonde and IPA on a warm day, so yes, blonde was my got to for day drinking. Great atmosphere and service!

Went to get a beer with my hostafter shopping at Sunday farmer's market. The brewer was super friendly and beers crafted with love. His customers seems to be his friends. He gave kisses freely to them. I will chat with him when he is not too busy.

I used this location for information and cycling in the area. Didn't actually stop at La Trabuco, maybe next time.

We stopped off at this microbrewery after trying one of their beers at a nearby bar. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. He told us about the beers, knowing that we'd only asked to have a drink. He then ran off and found and set up a table and two bar stools for us in the shade so that we could have a drink. I can't drink beer and explained that. Not a problem, he found something for me and gave me a refreshing cold drink for free. Great little range of beers, we bought some to take away after. He speaks really good English too. If you live locally or are staying nearby then I would recommend stopping by!
