Came to withdraw 50 euros from the ATM, the transaction was canceled. I took the ticket indicating the cancellation. However, the 50 euros were debited from my account. Explanation from the uncooperative and defensive teller: the notes "fell" into the ATM's trash can but she didn't go and retrieve them because she couldn't go there for another 6 days... wondered if she was making fun of me. Remained polite but filed a complaint at 3639. Suspicion: Post office with a trash can that sucks up the notes. Corsican, Belgian, Senegalese joke? No... just the answer from the unfriendly teller...
