Église de la Rectorie is a tourist attraction in Banyuls-sur-Mer. Our Romanesque chapel features a bell tower built into the exterior wall. While our interior is generally closed, we host occasional concerts and organized tours, which sometimes include a photo exhibition. We are surrounded by Banyuls-sur-Mer's oldest cemetery, with tombs over a century old, including small house-like structures necessitated by the local subsoil.

It's very pretty and peaceful, with a small photo exhibition inside. The cemetery next door is also very well maintained.

A beautiful Romanesque chapel with its bell tower built into the exterior wall. To protect it, the interior is no longer open to the public except on concert days and occasional organized tours. It is surrounded by the oldest cemetery in Banyuls, with tombs over a century old. The hardness of our subsoil necessitates the construction of small houses, some of which are true architectural masterpieces. The Rectory Church is charming both day and night. Don't hesitate to make the detour to admire it.

I visited for the first time inside this church, simple and nice. I enjoyed the concert and I will definitely come again if there will be other concerts here because the acustica/sound is very good

A beautiful church, unfortunately closed. We were only able to see the exterior.
