Today we opened a bottle of Mas des Templiers Grand Cru Demi-Sec 1980 that was given to us 45 years ago – a real treat! Keep up the good work and good luck with this wonderful project.

Tapas that are well worth the trip... platters of charcuterie and cheese... accompanied by Banyuls wine... a real treat. Perfect for enjoying the end of an evening in a magnificent setting.

We bought a case of Collioure this summer, but all the bottles were corked – a disaster and a huge disappointment. We thought we could trust them, and we are truly let down.

Just opened a Banyuls from Mas Blanc 1975. Delicious, a treat for the tongue and palate, and the heart hasn't been forgotten. Fortunately, I still have a few bottles left.
