The manager and our newly appointed advisor (poor guy, he's got no change!) would be perfect, as many other reviews mention, as long as you don't bother them beyond the usual small talk and obsequious smiles they're so fond of. That was also our opinion until... we asked them to return a sum of cash that had been sitting peacefully in our account. This suddenly awakened their ruthless side, and then those you thought were friendly bankers bared their teeth, ready to bite, categorically refusing... yes, you read that right... refusing to return your funds!! Aside from the fact that they are breaking the law (Article 1944 of the Civil Code), which apparently doesn't bother them, they are blackmailing you, saying they might only grant your request if you send them a complete file of your personal information—pay slips, tax returns, proof of address, etc.—even though you've been with them for 12 years! Just in case you've changed your identity, or even your gender! How would I describe them? The first word would be incompetent, but thinking about it, I believe their supposed godlike power as bankers, or even their capacity for causing trouble, must be driving them a little crazy! And at this level of negligence, it's not impossible that the problem stems from some kind of pathology. In short, if you're looking for a reliable, competent, helpful bank branch... in fact, real professionals... look elsewhere, you're not in the right place and you risk being very disappointed!

The staff were truly charming and understanding; when you have a problem, they listen attentively. While on holiday in Cerbère, I received a very warm welcome.

The branch manager is incredibly responsive and competent. She's always attentive to the client and offers excellent advice. The organization is top-notch, as there's always a manager to contact if your advisor is unavailable. Even when the branch is closed, the telephone customer service team will answer you efficiently and promptly. I've always received high-quality service that met my expectations for a personal touch. I highly recommend them.
