Following an order of ethanol, I experienced delivery issues with the carrier (the first package was damaged, the second had absorbed moisture). There were problems redelivering the second package, and despite all these delivery difficulties, Pur-Ethanol's customer service was always immediately available and did their utmost to follow up with the carrier.
