What I appreciated most about SSA was, above all, the human connection and the richness of the experience. I spent a fabulous month there, during which I pushed myself far beyond my limits. I acquired a solid swimming technique (freestyle, breaststroke, and backstroke), overcame my aquaphobia, and pushed the boundaries of both my body and my mind. For me, this training represents discipline, growth, and self-improvement. This experience only confirmed my deep desire to become a sports instructor, whether on land or in the water. Three words perfectly summarize this adventure with SSA: Energy – Discipline – Transformation. A huge thank you to Antonin and the entire team for their support and kindness!

Good morning. Unfortunately, we can't laugh on the beach anymore. It's true, maybe it was a bit loud calling our children who were playing in the mud this morning. But perhaps the lifeguards at P5 need to learn some manners. When you call out to vacationers having fun on the beach, politeness is a good thing. A little lesson in etiquette for the lifeguards at P5: Hello, excuse me, well, to start a conversation. Politeness is the key to resolving all conflicts. For your information, our shouting lasted a maximum of 5 minutes, in two separate incidents. Sorry for waking you up so early. Strangely enough, a while ago on this same beach, at the same lifeguard station, I was the one who rescued some children adrift while no one else was laughing. So, sorry for being noisy this morning, but thank you for learning some manners. Have a good, quiet day.

A SHAME! An elderly person drowned off the coast; three young girls had to rescue them because the lifeguards failed to properly supervise the beach. The response was appalling. Supervise your own children and don't rely on them.
