It's not always possible to know when people are on vacation when you find their shop online; it's better to just mark them as closed in those cases. Thank you for your reply; the information is correct, but your customer service needs improvement. I don't need to know the details of your customer numbers or deal with a passive-aggressive tone. There was also no explanation about how to book an appointment. I'll go elsewhere.

Everything you need , second hand, for the kids. We bought a car seat for our grandchild and the owner of the establishment bought it back from us 10 days later.
Not that easy when you don't speak French as the owner usually talks a lot of french with one regardless of being clearly not able to understand. There are sometimes some nice finds but also quite a lot of very worn stuff. Inventory has a good structure regarding sizes and category. Recommend to visit without kids - owner prefers that stuff is rather looked at then carefully touched and played with before buying. (Even when supervised and watched by parents and tidied up). Last year I have visited quite frequently and regarding the prices it felt more reasonable. Also the owner has been not really friendly during my last 4 visits - I guess it's not easy at the moment because each time there have been heated discussions with customers. Taken all together we will likely not take another trip to this shop in the industrial area.
Trop cher, la propriétaire très impoli et fait attention si vous achetez quelque chose la bas!! We found the shop too expensive for a second hand shop, but after the owner "sold" us her personal sad story we thought it would be a nice thing to buy the baby gym (play carpet) there and not somewhere else. " Il est dans un état parfait, pas de souci, j'ai regardé ce matin !" were her words, and being people that are not used to lies, we said, great thank you and bough it.at home we realised it misses the other most important part (one is the carpet and the other is the toys hanging from it, there were NO toys). I called and she said that it's a second ha d thing so it's like that and if I want toys I have to buy them extra.She did not want to refund the money for it, called me annoying when I tried to find another solution and was amazingly rude.
