Aside from the unpleasant reception from the department, which is mandatory for most people, I endured repeated administrative seizures and significant bank charges for several months, even though the amount claimed was higher than what I actually owed. All I was asking for was a statement of account that accurately reflected my payments. Beyond the procedure itself, it was the feeling of contempt and the difficulty in getting the error acknowledged that deeply affected me. I also discovered that one of my emails, with attachments containing personal information, had been forwarded to a third party unrelated to my case, which heightened my concerns about the handling of my data. If you find yourself in this situation, keep all your evidence and don't hesitate to contact the Defender of Rights. It was only after their intervention that the figures came into line with reality. But because the damage was done over many months, the consequences are severe. No apology from the SGC, however, just another SAT! It's time the citizens were respected! This administration is disgusting.
On 08/01/2026 at 10:05 AM, I received an unpleasant welcome from the woman who refused to collect my fixed procedural fee because it was too complicated, telling me my documents were old. Ha! Ha! They're a month old! You should change jobs if you don't like this, Madam Secretary...
