I left my appointment with the CAF (Family Allowance Fund) at the CCAS (Social Action Center) very disappointed. I went there to get help with my mother's case. She is seriously ill (stage 4 cancer), and every month a document is missing, and her benefits have been suspended since February. Without income, her situation has become very difficult. I simply asked if it would be possible to call her together to facilitate the process, given that she is unable to travel. This request was refused without any real consideration. I came seeking someone to listen, solutions, and support in the face of an urgent and humane situation, but I was met with an unpleasant, dismissive, and unempathetic person. This is all the more regrettable because during my first appointment, the reception was completely different: kind, attentive, and constructive. A very disappointing experience, especially in such a difficult context.

A very professional and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent advice and support. A big thank you to the senior citizens' restaurant initiative which offers, in addition to good meals, wonderful moments of conviviality.
