I was very disappointed when I took a bite of a croissant. It seemed like one from the previous day. I hadn't expected that from an artisan bakery.

I went there this morning after exhausting all the bakeries in downtown Argelès, whose bread is inferior to supermarket bread. This bakery deserves to be highlighted for two reasons: firstly, the staff is welcoming and friendly, and secondly, the quality of the products is excellent. The bread is very good, and so are the pastries! If you're in Argelès, this is the place to go.

Excellent bread. We've tried several bakeries and this one is the best. Crispy, very airy, and a beautiful color! Keep up the good work!
